An informative self help book for people with anxiety. I liked the emphasis on the difference between 'noise' and 'signal' and the workings of the Amygdala. Varies anxieties were discussed with This is a very encouraging book on how to confront and move away from excessive anxiety and worry. I really enjoyed how Dr. Wilson plainly explains the difference and origin between basic worrying and Reid Wilson.
