Read Along Audio BooksThe children's book tells the story of a bull who would rather smell flowers than fight in bullfights. He sits in the middle of the bull ring failing to take heed of any of the provocations of the matador and others to fight. Young Ferdinand does not enjoy butting heads with other young bulls, preferring instead to lie under a cork tree smelling the flowers. His mother is concerned that he might be lonely and tries to persuade him to play with the other calves, but when she sees that Ferdinand is content as he is, she leaves him alone. When the calves grow up, Ferdinand turns out to be the largest and strongest of the young bulls. All the other bulls dream of being chosen to compete in the bullfight in Madrid, but Ferdinand still prefers smelling the flowers instead.

When as a grown-up I discovered audiobooks, I was delighted. When we were moving across North America, from Saskatchewan to Southern Ontario, we also listened to one disk after another of audiobooks on our way. We have listened to half of Gone with the Wind! While the idea of getting a couple of vinyls to recreate my childhood memories for my children was romantic, I decided to go with audiobooks. They are accessible, and there is plenty of choice.

This is something we all can look back on in years to come and see our little ones who sometimes read with us, who have grown so, or the grandparent who either lives far away or who unfortunately is no longer with us. Your app is truly unique and loads of fun! I look forward to having my whole family record a book.
