Writing both fantasy as well as science-fiction, American author Margaret Weis is well known for her work over the years. Born in Missouri in the city of Independence on the 16th of March, , Margaret Weis has come to have a long and illustrious career as a respected American author. Gaining insight from the world around her at an early age, she went on to develop an interest in fantasy later on. This was when she realized that she wanted to pursue a career in writing creatively for a living. This then helped to establish her early interest in writing giving it the grounding she needed to progress forwards. Working as an editor for some years following her graduation, she managed to secure herself a position and some experience in the field.
